Far from home, out in the wide world, two friends remember the war in former Yugoslavia in the nineties. Of these two, one responded to the call to war, while the other one escaped from mobilisation. Many years later they wanted to come to terms with the war and the decisions they made at the time. Back In 1991 it might not have been so obvious but today it is much easier to determine most of it that went wrong in the ethnic conflicts that broke out after Yugoslavia collapsed.
